I help educators and services turn inclusion from a policy into real, confident practice.
I’m Ashton Posch - an early childhood consultant, workshop facilitator and conference presenter with nearly 20 years’ experience working across early learning and home-based education settings.
I live and work on Jagera Country and am based in Brisbane, Queensland, while regularly travelling across Australia, New Zealand and internationally to deliver workshops and present at professional conferences.
My work focuses on supporting educators and leaders to build inclusive, play-based environments that genuinely work for neurodivergent children and children with additional support needs. I specialise in practical, real-world strategies that can be implemented immediately, not abstract theory or compliance-only approaches.
In 2024, I was awarded Family Day Care Australia Regional Educator of the Year for my leadership in inclusive practice. I have delivered workshops and presentations nationally and internationally, including at the Family Day Care Australia Conference, the Early Childhood Australia Conference, and the World Indigenous Peoples’ Conference on Education (Auckland, New Zealand).
I bring together professional expertise, facilitation skills, and lived experience as a parent of neurodivergent children. This allows me to bridge research, policy and everyday practice in a way that is grounded, respectful and deeply connected to the realities of educators and families.
My workshops and consultations are designed for educators, service leaders and organisations who want more than surface-level training. I work alongside teams to strengthen practice, deepen understanding of neurodiversity-affirming approaches, and create environments where children feel safe, capable and included.
At the heart of my work is a simple purpose:
to equip educators with the confidence, language and practical tools they need to support every child well.
